At The Lyons Den, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an eligible product, please review the conditions below.

Return Period

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the product must:

Be unused
Be in its original packaging
Remain in its original condition
Have no damage, signs of use, or alterations
Include any original accessories or materials supplied with the product

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The Lyons Den is not responsible for returns lost during transit before they reach us.

Inspection and Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 days after the return is received and approved. Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and provide the appropriate next steps.
